A tip of the Mistletunes pine-tree guitar to the Power Pop blog for hipping me to what may be the best power pop band since Fountains of Wayne. This holiday toast was originally out in 2009 but is on the Fairfax, Va. band's most recent album, 2011's Above the Blue. This quick uptempo rocker travels from wishes of toys and world peace to a desire for single-malt Scotch from the UK in less than a full verse.
